PRICES Prices shown are the retail prices inclusive of VAT at the current rate, but exclusive of postage and packing. We intend to maintain these prices until 31 December 2006 but reserve the right to amend these or replace products if necessary. See below for VAT Relief.

HANDLING AND CARRIAGE A charge of £4.95 is made for handling and carriage on all orders, regardless of the number of items you order. This covers order processing, packaging, handling, insurance and delivery costs.

DELIVERY Orders will be delivered to the address shown by Royal Mail or the National Carrier, depending on size and weight. Normally, despatch will be within 14 days, but if you have not heard from us within 28 days, please contact us.

MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE If, for any reason, the products you receive are damaged or faulty, or even unsuitable for your purpose, please return them to us within 14 days of receipt and we will replace the goods or refund your payment in full plus return postage, according to your instructions.

VAT RELIEF Certain items in this catalogue are eligible for VAT relief for those who are chronically sick or disabled. Where this applies, the lower VAT Exempt price can be claimed on the order if the declaration. is signed and sent to us, and the disability is stated.

ORDERING BY POST For those of you who dislike (or mistrust) on-line ordering, we offer the facility of printing an Order Form, which you may then complete by hand and post to us in the time-honoured way. Whichever method of ordering you choose, rest assured that your requirements will be fulfilled in the most expeditious manner possible.
